We’re looking for participants for the project Rhythms of Unity, which will take place in Armenia from 01-10 August.
The theme of the project is dance, where Armenian and Spanish participants can share their traditional dances with each other.
There will be 17 participants from each country+4 leaders.
During the project the participants are going to learn Armenian traditional dances together with their history, what these dances include, how they are connected with Armenian nation. At the same time the Spanish participants will teach Spanish dances with their history and meaning. The participants will also have a space to create a mix of Armenian and Spanish dance. It’s going to be battle dance Flashmob, which the participants are going to implement in Yerevan.
Participants Profile:
Age: 16-19
A few places will be provided for older participants untill 27 y.o. (group leaders)
The participants will be divided into different working groups and will be responsible for:
Before the project:
- Poster preparation,
- PR of the exchange,
- FB group creation
- PROMO video preparation
- Logistic assistance
- Project visibility activities(contact with medias, newspaper, news web pages,etc..)
- Project activities preparation assistance
During the project:
- Active participation
- Responsible for the realization of the final tasks prepared during the project preparation
NOTE! Dancing Skills will be a plus.
Costs:
Accomodation, Food are covered in the frames of the project.
